Model, size and ordering checks

This 1200 x 900 deluxe shower cubicle is supplied in one external size: 1200 × 900 mm. Before ordering, check the available floor space, doorway and access path, the 2150 mm minimum installation height, plumbing locations, drainage route and the clearance required to assemble and connect the shower.

This 1200 x 900 deluxe shower cubicle provides more room across the front than a square enclosure while retaining a 900 mm depth. The doors slide within the enclosure, so they do not require an outward door-swing area across the bathroom floor.

Watertight, 100% silicone-free construction

The enclosed shower uses a watertight, 100% silicone-free frame assembly with no grout inside the cubicle. The smooth surfaces are designed for easier ongoing cleaning than a conventional tiled and grouted enclosure.

Double internal sliding doors and supported shower base

Two internal sliding doors provide the front entry without swinging into the surrounding room. The door system uses twin-post handles and spring-loaded quick-release bottom wheels, which provide access to the lower tracks for cleaning and servicing.

The enclosure uses 5 mm AS/NZS 2208 safety glass and an aluminium frame. The reinforced non-slip acrylic shower base is supported by a steel base-support frame with adjustable levelling legs.

Plumbing and drainage

Water-supply requirements

Provide two mini stops for the hot and cold water supply. The preferred water-supply height is 2150 mm. The buyer or installer must also provide the suitable connections and any other fittings or installation materials required by the property.

Connect and test all water connections before moving the shower into its final position. Plumbing work must comply with local requirements, and appropriately licensed trades must be used where required.

Drainage and macerator guidance

The supplied 50 mm horizontal waste plug is positioned at the rear centre, 600 × 200 mm. Check this measurement against the actual shower base before preparing or drilling the floor.

Provide the waste pipe, required couplings and a suitable water trap. Where gravity drainage is not practical, the horizontal waste connection can be used with a suitable shower-compatible macerator system. Confirm the complete drainage design and product compatibility with the supplier and installer before purchase.

Connect and test the waste before moving the shower into its final position.

Installation, assembly and glass safety

When installing this 1200 x 900 deluxe shower cubicle, allow at least 2150 mm installation height and follow the assigned rectangular double-door assembly guide. Level the base with the adjustable legs and test every water and waste connection before placing the shower in its final position.

Do not drill the safety glass. Any required holes must be made before the glass is tempered.

Cleaning and maintenance

The smooth internal surfaces can be wiped down without the grout cleaning associated with tiled shower enclosures. The spring-loaded quick-release bottom wheels provide access to the lower door tracks for cleaning and servicing.

Keep the door tracks, waste and shower outlets clean, and follow the care instructions for the tapware and acrylic base. Check accessible plumbing connections as part of routine maintenance.
