4000 Aqua Series square corner-entry shower cubicle
The Aeros 4000 Aqua Series is a fully enclosed square corner shower cubicle with two internal sliding doors. The doors meet at the corner and slide within the enclosure, avoiding the bathroom-floor clearance required by an outward-opening shower door.
Available in 800 × 800 mm, 900 × 900 mm and 1000 × 1000 mm external sizes, the 4000 Aqua Series gives renovators, DIY buyers, landlords, builders and granny-flat owners a choice of three footprints. Its corner-opening design may be particularly useful in compact bathrooms, ensuites, rental upgrades and second-shower installations.

Why choose the 4000 Aqua Series?
Space-saving double corner entry
The 4000 Aqua Series uses two internal sliding doors that meet at the front corner. Both doors move within the enclosure instead of swinging out across the bathroom floor.
This corner-opening design may be the better choice when fixtures and bathroom furniture restrict the available approach.
Magnetic door strips help the two doors meet securely when closed.
Watertight 100% silicone-free assembly
The white powder-coated aluminium frame uses Aeros’ watertight clip-lock construction. The shower cubicle assembles without screws, glue or silicone.
The fully enclosed construction provides an alternative to building a conventional tiled shower enclosure. There are no tiled walls or grout inside the shower cubicle to clean and maintain.

Easier door and mixer maintenance
The two sliding doors use push-button quick-release bottom wheels. These provide access to the lower tracks for cleaning and make the doors easier to release when servicing is required.
Straight-grip handles provide a practical handhold on both sliding doors.
The flick mixer uses a front-access cartridge. If the cartridge requires servicing, it can be reached from the front without dismantling the shower walls.
Rainfall shower and hand-shower controls
The adjustable rainfall shower arm uses a 2-way diverter to select either the rainfall shower or the three-function hand shower. The separate flick mixer controls water temperature and flow.

The two-way diverter allows the user to select either the rainfall shower or the three-function hand shower.
Plumbing and drainage
The buyer or installer must arrange the connections required for the property, including:
- Two mini stops
- Suitable hoses from the mini stops to the flick mixer
- Waste pipe and required couplings
- A suitable water trap
- Any other fittings required by the installation
The shower includes WaterMark-approved stainless-steel braided hoses behind the rear panel and a 50 mm horizontal waste plug.
The confirmed waste position is 260 × 260 mm. Check all measurements against the actual shower base before preparing or drilling the floor.
Connect and test the water supply and waste before moving the shower into its final position. Plumbing work must comply with local requirements, and appropriately licensed trades must be used where required.
Cleaning and maintenance
The fully enclosed design has no grout inside the shower cubicle. The smooth wall panels can be wiped down without the grout cleaning associated with many tiled shower enclosures.
The push-button quick-release bottom wheels help provide access to the lower door tracks for cleaning and servicing.
Installation, assembly and glass safety
Follow the assigned double-door square-model assembly guide, level the base using the adjustable legs, and test every water and waste connection before moving the shower into its final position.
Do not drill the toughened safety glass. Any required holes in toughened glass must be made before the glass is tempered.
4000 Aqua Series or 11000 Series?
Both are basic corner-entry shower cubicles with two internal sliding doors and are available in 800, 900 and 1000 mm external sizes. The important difference is their shape and how they use the available space.

Choose the 4000 Series if you want more internal showering space and have enough bathroom floor area for its square footprint.
Consider the 11000 Aqua Series if you are willing to accept less internal showering space in exchange for more usable floor space around the shower. Its rounded front can make movement easier in a compact bathroom.
Delivery pallet dimensions and freight weights
Each 4000 Aqua Series shower is packed across two pallets: Pallet 1 contains the glass and Pallet 2 contains the shower tray. Use the confirmed dimensions and freight weights below when planning delivery and handling.

Delivery, warranty and Aeros support
Aeros offers national delivery. Shower cubicles are generally delivered kerbside, so review the Shipping Policy before ordering.
