Stainless Steel Push Button Shower Door Rollers: Complete 25mm Set
Replace the wheel system on a sliding shower door with a complete set of stainless steel push button shower door rollers. Each set contains four 25 mm rollers: two adjustable top wheels and two bottom push-button wheels. The main roller assemblies are stainless steel and the wheels are the white nylon type shown in the product image.
The two wheel types perform different functions. The top wheels provide door height and level adjustment. The bottom wheels use a spring-loaded push-button mechanism that lowers the wheel for fitting into, or releasing it from, the lower rail.
Complete set of four for one sliding shower door
Each pack is supplied as one four-piece set containing two adjustable top wheels and two bottom push-button wheels. This provides the upper adjustment and lower quick-release wheel positions required for one sliding shower door.

How the top adjustment wheels work
The two top wheels run on the upper rail and are used to set the height and level of the shower door. Aeros assembly instructions specify that the screw below the top wheel is used to raise or lower the door panel.
If the door is not level, or the lower wheels do not spring fully back into the lower rail after fitting, adjustment is made at the top wheel.
How the bottom push-button wheels work
The two bottom wheels incorporate a spring-loaded push-button mechanism. Pressing the button lowers the wheel so it can pass under and into the lower track. Releasing the button allows the wheel to spring back up into the track.
The same push-button action allows the lower wheels to be released from the rail when the door needs to be removed or when access to the lower track is required.
Fitting the shower door wheels
- Attach the two adjustable top wheels and two bottom push-button wheels to the shower door in their correct upper and lower positions.
- Hang the two top wheels on the upper rail.
- With the door supported by the top wheels, press the buttons on the two lower wheels.
- Position the lower wheels into the bottom rail.
- Release the buttons so the lower wheels spring back up into the rail.
- Check that both lower wheels are correctly engaged and that the door slides correctly.
- If the door requires raising, lowering or levelling, adjust it using the top wheels.
Check the 25 mm wheel size before ordering
These stainless steel push button shower door rollers are available in one size only: 25 mm. Shower door tracks and mounting arrangements can differ, so check the wheel diameter and roller configuration on your existing door before ordering.
