Setup guide assembly procedure for square shower frame and base
Step 1
Square double sliding door shower model.
Available in 3 sizes and is designed to stand in a corner
800*800*2090 ~ 2290 mm
900*900*2090 ~ 2290 mm
1000*1000*2090 ~ 2290 mm
Step 2
Square shower tray assembly.
Level the shower tray feet below the base and connect it to your waste pipe.
Step 3
Attach accessories to the rear panel and connect water supply hoses to your water mains,
Test for any leaks on the hoses behind
Step 4
Lock the side rear wall to the middle panel.
Bottom of wall aluminum will slide under the aluminum the base to lock into position.
Attach any accessories if the wall has them included.
Step 5
Repeat the previous step for the 2nd side rear wall.
Step 6
Place 2 of the door rails at the front of the shower tray as shown in the image.
Step 7
Lock the Front fixed glass to the rear side wall and rotate.
Slide the rear side wall down so the cut-out slides over the block on the door rail.
Step 8
Slide the top rails so the blocks slide into the slots of the front fixed glass aluminum.
Step 9
Attach the door rail connector blocks in the middle where the door rails meet, need to do both top and bottom door rails.
Step 10
Slide the locking blocks on each corner of the rails to lock the rails.
Step 11
The top wheels are for adjusting the level of the door.
Attach the magnetic door strips and cut them to length.
Attach the door handle.
The bottom wheels have a push-button for a quick-release mechanism.
Step 12
- Hang the top wheels on the top curved rail.
- Insert the bottom wheels into the bottom curved rail by pushing buttons.
- If the bottom wheels do not spring back up into the curved rail, or the door is not level, adjust the top wheel from the screw below the wheel.
Step 13
Attach water splash strips to the front fixed glass and inside section of the door.
Cut any excess splash strip.
Step 14
OPTIONAL
Place wall mounts against the edge of the shower.
Cut any excess profile protruding from the top.
Step 15
Mark the hole positions on the wall for drilling holes.
Step 16
Insert screw anchors into wall.
Step 17
Attach the wall mount to the frame.
Screw into wall anchors to support the wall mounts.
