Assembly procedure for shower frame and base
Step 1 Square shower model SIZE:80x80x209cm |
Step 2 This model has the option to assemble the door on the right or left hand side of the shower |
Step 3 Shower tray assembly. Level the shower tray feet below the base and connect to your waste pipe. |
Step 4 In this guide the shower will be assembled with the door on the right hand side
NOTE: If you assemble door on the left, reverse the assembly process in the guide |
Step 5 Attach any accessories if the wall has them included Lock the rear panel to the side wall and rotate until it locks into position Bottom of rear wall aluminium will slide under the aluminium on the base to lock into position |
Step 6 Attach accessories to the middle panel, connect to your water mains, test for leaks from the hoses Lock the middle panel onto the rear wall and rotate until it locks into position |
Step 7 Attach any accessories if the wall has them included Lock the rear wall panel onto the middle panel and rotate until it locks into position Bottom of rear walls will slide under the rails on the base to lock both into position |
Step 8 Attach the front aluminium vertical rail to the rear wall and rotate until it locks into position. Slide the front aluminium down the the rear wall and slide it over the bottom door rail block |
Step 9 Slide the top door rail over the front aluminum vertical rail and the side wall into the slots to lock into position Frame is now assembled. |
Step 10 Attach the door handles to the door, wide side will be on the inside, narrow side will be outside. |
Step 11 When attaching wheels on the door check that you have the top of the door in relation to your door entry. Check by matching the magnetic strip on the door will match the magnetic strip on the frame.
NOTE: When screwing wheels into door frame, we suggest using Loctite to insure the bolts do not come loose over time. |
Step 12 Once you have determined the top and bottom of the door and attached the wheels and adding Loctite you can hang the door on the shower frame. One top wheel on the front door rail and one top wheel on the side wall. The bottom wheels will be inserted in the bottom rails by pulling the spring down so it inserts into the bottom rails If the door needs adjustment (raising or lowering the door) you rotate the knurled nut on the top wheel to raise and lower the door. When you are happy with the height and level, lock the small grub screw (top wheels) so it does not come loose over time. |
Step 13 Attach the the cover plate on the side wall by inserting as shown in Fig 1 & 2 Insert the rubber splash strip on the edge of the door as shown
The shower comes with optional wall mounts. To use them attach one edge to the side of the walls that are against you bathroom wall and the other edge to the bathroom wall. |
